Our Services

  • From initial idea discussions to on-the-day coordination, we offer comprehensive planning, styling, supplier sourcing, and expert guidance, ensuring a seamless and personalized event experience.

    • 1 hr introductory phone call to discuss your ideas

    • Prospective venue visits up to 3 locations

    • A further 1hr venue site visit, once a venue is selected

    • Site visit follow up calls

    • Unlimited email correspondence and planning

    • A multipage styling proposal, min 10 pages including mood board, ceremony design, and mock ups, vendor recommendations

    • Supplier sourcing for all required suppliers

    • On the day set up or your own décor and overseeing of contracted styling suppliers

    • On the day venue styling and event coordination from 9am to Midnight (subsequent hours may be added on if required and overnight accommodation cost may also be required)

    • End of event pack down included, within package times

    • Access to our recommended suppliers list

    • Our event schedule and supplier information template and guidance with timeline creation

    • A final call a week before your event to revise all details


    Full Planning Package Price- £1950


  • Partial Event & Wedding Planning

    Our Partial Planning package offers expert guidance and support for couples who have some details booked, but need some guidance and assistance with the rest of the details.

    • 1 hr introductory phone call to discuss your ideas

    • A 1hr chosen venue site visit

    • 1 hr call or in person meet up post site visit

    • Unlimited email correspondence and planning

    • A multipage styling proposal, min 6 pages including mood board, ceremony design, and mock ups, vendor recommendations

    • Supplier sourcing for up to 5 required suppliers

    • On the day set up or your own décor and overseeing of contracted styling suppliers

    • Up to 12 hrs on the day venue styling and event coordination

    • Access to our recommended suppliers list

    • Our event schedule and supplier information template and guidance with timeline creation

    • A final call a week before your event to revise all details

    Partial Planning Package Price- £1350

  • On The Day Coordination

    This package is perfect for couples who have taken care of their own planning but need expert support on the day, with services including venue visits, styling set-up, and seamless event coordination to bring your vision to life.

    • 30 minute introductory phone call to hear and discuss your ideas

    • A 1hr visit to the venue prior to your event

    • 1 hr call or in person meet up

    • On the day set up or your own décor and overseeing of contracted styling suppliers

    • Up to 12 hrs on the day event coordination

    • Access to our recommended suppliers list

    • Our event schedule and supplier information template and guidance with timeline creation

    • Unlimited email support from 1 month before your event, including if required final timeline and detail confirmations with all your suppliers

    • A final call a week before your event to revise all details

    On The Day Coordination Package- £680

  • The Event Strategy Session is a one-hour consultation designed to provide expert guidance and clarity for clients in need of support with their event planning. Whether you're stuck on design details, timeline organization, or vendor choices, this session will help you move forward with confidence and a clear plan.

    Includes detailed email follow up post call.

    £100 for the 1st session and £80 per subsequent sessions

  • Taking the stress out of tidying up after your event with our professional packdown service. Whether at the end of the night or the following day, depending on your venue’s requirements, we carefully pack away all décor, ensuring everything is stored safely and securely. We’ll also manage the return of any hire items, staying onsite for collection if needed. Up to 4 hours on site, giving you peace of mind and one less thing to worry about after your celebration.

    Post Event Pack down Service- £250 (Plus Milage of booked as stand alone booking)
